Cats are interesting animals. They are mostly nocturnal and sleep around 16 hours a day. The term catnap comes from how often they sleep. They sleep while still being alert to things around them such as: other animals, prey, and threats. Cats love to play. They play with their prey and each other in the wild. In the household they play with just about anything that they can find. My cats love their toys. Some of their toys consist of: toy mice, string, bouncy balls, fishing pole with feathers attached, etc. They also love to play with things that are just lying around the house such as: boxes, bags, milk carton rings, etc.
Cats are individuals, just like humans and have their own personalities.

talkative and social, while others remain in solitude. Their is great
debate over how our cats relate to us as humans. My belief is that they
are capable of bonding with us. They express emotions and feeling just as
we do. I personally feel a special bond with my cats, and I know they see
me as something other than just a door mat.
